7. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and authorized.

8. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider e.g., airlines, hotels. Fees may apply for cancellations or changes, as specified during the booking process. Refunds will be processed according to the provider's terms and may take up to 45 days.

Date Changes:

                First/ Business: 30 & 18 KD

                Economy: 15 KD

11. Force Majeure We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

12. User-Generated Content

 If users leave reviews or upload content, they grant BurhanTrips.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

 In case of disputes, users agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Directorate General of Civil Aviation Kuwait, with jurisdiction in State of Kuwait.

 For users outside State of Kuwait, any disputes will be governed by the laws of State of Kuwat, and users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
